Finra is delaying sending proposed new rules to the Securities and Exchange Commission that would give investors a clearer picture of what it costs to buy shares of a nontraded real estate investment trust.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc. in February proposed the rule changes, which, if approved by the SEC, would do away with the practice of broker-dealers listing the per-share value of a nontraded REIT at $10, the common price at which registered reps sell them to clients.
Finra's potential rule change would take into consideration the various fees and commissions paid to brokers and dealer managers, reducing the share price for each nontraded REIT on a customer's account statement. The potential rule change, which Finra initially made in September 2011, also applies to unlisted private placements.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Eric Volkman]
EMCOR Group (NYSE: EME ) is growing the old-fashioned way -- with the purchase of outside assets. The company announcedthat it will acquire the privately held RepconStrickland, a Texas-based firm it describes as "a leading provider of recurring turnaround and specialty services to the North American refinery and petrochemical markets."
- [By Seth Jayson]
When judging a company's prospects, how quickly it turns cash outflows into cash inflows can be just as important as how much profit it's booking in the accounting fantasy world we call "earnings." This is one of the first metrics I check when I'm hunting for the market's best stocks. Today, we'll see how it applies to EMCOR Group (NYSE: EME ) .

All of this is to say that while I strive to hunt down and recommend attractive securities with double-digit yields -- and own a few, like Medley Capital Corp. (NYSE: MCC) -- they are the exception in this environment, not the rule.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By John Udovich]
Despitea slow global economy and continued high unemployment in many countries, small cap payday or pawn stocks Cash Store Financial Services Inc (NYSE: CSFS), DFC Global Corp (NASDAQ: DLLR) and Cash America International, Inc (NYSE: CSH) have not exactly been performing well since the start of the year. In fact, these three stocks are the worst performers in the payday or pawn loan sector, down 38.5%, down 14.4% and up 4.6%, respectively, since the start of the year.
Best Industrial Disributor Companies For 2015: Cheniere Energy Inc.(LNG)
Cheniere Energy, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in the ownership and operation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminals and natural gas pipelines in the Gulf Coast of the United States. The company develops LNG receiving terminal projects on Sabine Pass LNG in western Cameron Parish, Louisiana on the Sabine Pass Channel; Corpus Christi LNG near Corpus Christi, Texas; and Creole Trail LNG at the mouth of the Calcasieu Channel in central Cameron Parish, Louisiana. It also involves in the oil and natural gas exploration and development activities; and LNG and natural gas marketing business. The company was founded in 1983 and is based in Houston, Texas.
Advisors' Opinion:- [By Robert Rapier]
Some of that is happening now. The price of natural gas has risen to $4.27 per thousand Btu (MMBtu), which is $1 more than it was this time last year, and more than double the price at which it bottomed in 2012. But if you look at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) futures, traders are betting that gas will stay below $5/MMBtu for nearly a decade. At last Friday’s close, you had to go all the way to January 2022 to find a contract trading above $5. And contracts expiring five years from now are actually trading at a slight discount to today’s price.
I would be shocked to see US natural gas below $5 in five years. When Cheniere Energy’s (NYSE: LNG) Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project comes online in 2016 — with competing export terminals close behind pending the addition of two trains to Cheniere’s Sabine Pass facility — I think gas will be priced significantly higher than it is today.
In addition to the five LNG export applications already approved by the DOE — which would represent 6.8 billion cubic feet per day (bcf/d) of natural gas exports — another 23 are under review. Approving all would give the US a total export capacity of 35 bcf/d (equivalent to more than half of the 65.7 bcf/d of US natural gas production in 2012).
- [By Eric Volkman]
Cheniere Energy (NYSEMKT: LNG ) and closely related Cheniere Energy Partners (NYSEMKT: CQP ) have released their Q1 results, and the news is sure to disappoint investors. For the former, its quarterly revenue was just under $66 million, down from the $70 million the company posted in the same period the previous year. Attributable net loss widened considerably, to $117 million ($0.54 per diluted share) from Q1 2012's shortfall of $56 million ($0.43).

Natural Gas Stocks 2014: As the rush to export liquefied natural gas (LNG) gathers steam, our portfolio is primed for even bigger gains.
Make no mistake, companies involved with exporting LNG are not only at the top of the "natural gas stocks 2014" list - they're set to hand us one of the best investment opportunities of the decade.
- [By Aimee Duffy]
Fools who have been following the "will we, won't we?" liquefied natural gas export story know by now that Cheniere Energy (NYSEMKT: LNG ) is the only company with federal regulatory approval to export LNG to non-Free Trade Agreement countries. However, as my Foolish colleague Tyler Crowe pointed out yesterday, Dominion Resources (NYSE: D ) has gone full speed ahead on its LNG export plans, negotiating a deal with General Electric (NYSE: GE ) to manufacture liquefaction equipment for its Maryland facility.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Dan Caplinger]
Warner Chilcott may even turn the tables and decide to be an acquirer. Rumors that the company might be involved in a potential bid for Endo Health Solutions (NASDAQ: ENDP ) back in February haven't panned out, but an acquisition could help the company bolster its pipeline. At the same time, though, its current debt load could make a buyout difficult from a financial perspective.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Wallace Witkowski]
Shares of Cintas Inc. (CTAS) rose less than 0.1% to $59.60 on light volume after the Cincinnati-based employee-uniform and business-supplies company reported quarterly results.
- [By Trey Thoelcke]
The report also hints that ADP and others in payroll processing and the uniforms business might be looking at a so-so year as well, and shares of ADP and Paychex Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYX) were lower. Shares of uniform supplier Cintas Corp. (NASDAQ: CTAS) were holding their own. Here is a look at the three companies.
- [By Roberto Pedone]
Another earnings short-squeeze prospect is business support services player Cintas (CTAS), which is set to release numbers on Thursday after the market close. Wall Street analysts, on average, expect Cintas to report revenue of $1.10 billion on earnings of 63 cents per share.
The current short interest as a percentage of the float for Cintas stands at 5.6%. That means that out of the 102.38 million shares in the tradable float, 5.70 million shares are sold short by the bears. The bears have also been increasing their bets from the last reporting period by 2.5%, or by about 136,000 shares. If the bears get caught pressing their bets into a strong quarter, then shares of CTAS could move up sharply higher post-earnings as the bears move to cover some of those bets.
From a technical perspective, CTAS is currently trending above both its 50-day and 200-day moving averages, which is bullish. This stock has been uptrending strong for the last six months, with shares moving higher from its low of $42.35 to its recent high of $50.80 a share. During that uptrend, shares of CTAS have been consistently making higher lows and higher highs, which is bullish technical price action. That move has now pushed shares of CTAS within range of triggering a big breakout trade post-earnings.
If you're bullish on CTAS, then I would wait until after its report and look for long-biased trades if this stock manages to break out above some near-term overhead resistance levels at $61 to $62.27 a share and then once it takes its 52-week high at $50.80 a share with high volume. Look for volume on that move that hits near or above its three-month average action of 458,136 shares. If that breakout hits, then CTAS will set up to enter new 52-week-high territory, which is bullish technical price action. Some possible upside targets off that breakout are $60 to $65 a share.
I would simply avoid CTAS or look for short-biased trades if after earnings it fails to trigge

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Roberto Pedone]
ION Geophysical (IO) is a technology-focused seismic solutions company that provides advanced seismic data acquisition equipment, seismic software and seismic planning, processing and interpretation services to the global energy industry. This stock closed up 1.7% to $5.35 in Tuesday's trading session.
Tuesday's Range: $5.22-$5.38
52-Week Range: $4.59-$7.70
Thursday's Volume: 1.14 million
Three-Month Average Volume: 1.12 millionFrom a technical perspective, IO rose modestly higher here right of some near-term support at $5.20 with above-average volume. This stock recently gapped up sharply from around $4.80 to $5.52 with strong upside volume. Following that move, shares of IO pulled back to $5.20 and the stock has now started to trend into its 50-day moving average of $5.36. That move is quickly pushing shares of IO within range of triggering a near-term breakout trade. That trade will hit if IO manages to take out some near-term overhead resistance levels at Tuesday's high of $5.38 to more resistance at $5.52 with high volume.
Traders should now look for long-biased trades in IO as long as it's trending above $5.20 and then once it sustains a move or close above those breakout levels with volume that hits near or above 1.12 million shares. If that breakout triggers soon, then IO will set up to re-test or possibly take out its next major overhead resistance levels at $6 to its 200-day moving average at $6.20. Any high-volume move above $6.20 will then put $6.50 to $6.70 into range for shares of IO.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Jonas Elmerraji]
You don't have to be an expert technical trader to figure out what's going on in shares of Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN) -- this chart pattern is about as simple as it gets. Brandywine has been bouncing higher in a well-defined uptrending channel since last summer, giving traders a high-probability range to buy the dips.
More specifically, the ideal buying opportunity has come up for BDN bulls every time this stock has bounced off of trendline support along the bottom of the channel. Waiting for a meaningful bounce off of support is crucial for two big reasons: It's the spot where shares have the furthest to move up before they hit resistance, and it's also the spot where the risk is the least (because shares have the least room to move lower before you know you're wrong).
Remember, all trend lines do eventually break, but by actually waiting for the bounce to happen first, you're ensuring BDN can actually still catch a bid along that line before you put your money on shares. At current levels, BDN pays out a whopping 4% dividend yield.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Ben Levisohn]
Things were going well for United Technologies (UTX) this morning–until the bottom dropped out.
Getty ImagesShares of the industrial giant were up as much as 0.6% this morning, but at around 11 a.m, the stock started falling. And falling. By the time it hit bottom, United Tech had dropped nearly 2% from high to low.
What happened? It appears to be a presentation made to investors and analysts, where United Tech offered guidance of $6 to $6.15 a share and revenue of about $64 billion, although the exact timing remains unclear. Analysts had been forecasting $6.15 and $63.95, respectively.
Since the initial drop, shares of United Tech have bounced back a bit. They’re down 0.8% at $106.93 at 12:03 p.m. That drop puts it out of step with other industrial stocks, which have been stronger today. General Electric (GE), for instance, has gained 1.1% to $24.16, Honeywell International (HON) has ticked up 0.2% to $83.19, Esterline (ESL) has risen 0.7% to $80.45 and Northrop Grumman (NOC) is up 0.6% at $95.87.

Before we hit the Dow losers, let's look at this week's best performing component: United Technologies (NYSE: UTX ) . Shares of the building systems and aerospace company rose 3.86% during the three and a half days of trading. The company is well positioned to benefit from a recovering economy and strengthening construction industry, so a number of the economic data points released this week played right into United Tech's hand. Additionally, once the company's Goodrich division and aerospace units pick up steam, the sky may be the limit for this stock.

For those traders who were lucky and smart enough to be in an Arotech Corporation (NASDAQ:ARTX) before today, then congratulations - you're up at least 38% on your position. Now it's time to get out. Conversely, if you're looking for a new name to get into (or perhaps looking for a place to park your ARTX proceeds), then you may want to consider Pazoo Inc. (OTCBB:PZOO)... a tiny online retailer of health and fitness goods. PZOO has dropped several tell-tale hints that more upside is on the way.

The great part about trading is the same thing that can make it a miserable game to play... nothing lasts forever. If you can spot the points in time when the winds blowing a stock are about to change, you can make or save a fortune. If you miss those subtle clues, however, you can lose... big-time. Enter Arotech Corporation (NASDAQ:ARTX) and Ariad Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARIA). Both have been well-watched stocks of late, and for food reason - both are big movers, in one direction or the other. Now, however, both ARIA and ARTX are poised to move in a new direction - opposite directions - and traders looking for a good opportunity may want to take a closer look at both [which is what you're about to do].
